my visit with Martha

in martha's shop, Martha Horman Designs, you'll find the work of a multi-talented artist: handmade jewelry, watercolors, embroidery, beading, & more. she's also got very cool vintage items at a shop called Aunt Martha. and her third shop, CabArray... wow, so pretty!
i'm so happy i got to meet her, she's nice!

	a day at a workshop, making little bags
	we selected the color kits & helped martha get organized
	filbert's a nut, he cuts up a lot
	i did a few stitches. filbert had cheese for lunch i had chopped liver for martha, egg salad sandwich with coffee filbert prefers root beer

	down in the basement where martha makes pretty jewelry her tools are a wonderment (she let me experiment & play)
	so many pretty beads & stones! filbert snuck down when martha wasn't looking
	yummy, glass fish! but we had fish sticks instead martha ate turkey (birds are nice)
